1st Workshop On The Conceptions of the Future Underlying Current Political Debates and the Problems of These Conceptions

This project strengthens long-standing cooperation with the German partner through joint research, workshops, publications, and cotutelle PhDs, offering junior researchers focused methodological training. It examines how different conceptions of the future—continuous versus discontinuous—shape responses to social fears and political tensions in pluralistic societies. By analyzing four key fears, the project aims to clarify underlying models of the future and promote more rational, socially beneficial debate.
